A great spot in the largest hall, hall 5, allowed us to maximise our brand awareness and exposure of our range of British made commercial vehicle accessories. We were extremely proud to showcase two all-new product launches - the Van Guard Ladder Loader & range of Van Guard Van Locks.

The Ladder Loader was extremely well received by van operators and existing trade converters. Displayed on our Ford Transit Custom and utilising our ULTI Bar van roof bars, the Ladder Loader was constantly demonstrated to visitors and fellow exhibitors to show the health & safety benefits of using this ladder stowage system. The ergonomic design & gas strut assistance allows for a safe & effective way of loading and unloading ladders from the van's roof from ground level.

The star of the show was our very own range of Van Guard Van Locks - unveiled at the 2019 CV Show after working tirelessly on the van security project for the past 12 months. With van security the fastest growing sector in van accessories due to a huge increase in van & tool theft, we worked alongside a leading name in the locks market, whilst utilising our vast manufacturing facilities in Devon, and previous experience in LCV security.

Fitted to the rear, cab and sliding door of the Transit Custom were our Deadlocks, Hooklocks, Slamlocks and replacement locks. Loom guards were fitted to the cab doors to show how these can be installed to stop thieves from cutting into the vehicle's wiring loom. Visiting auto locksmiths were extremely impressed by the high-quality standards of the products and the superior finish to the bracketry.

Our lightweight and flexible Trade Van Racking units were shown off both in the Transit Custom and on a separate platform to reflect a van's load area. Kitted with a range of side panel and shelving accessories, visitors were impressed by the versatility and functionality but most importantly, they loved the ability to kit out the back of a van at an affordable price.
