• Direct Returns Policy
    This is only for direct customers who have ordered goods for personal use. If you decide to return the goods to us please follow the information on this page to ensure we are able to swiftly process your return and eligible refund. If you are a Trade Partner or Wholesaler please refer to our Trade Partner Returns Policy.
  • If you buy our goods for personal use, you have an unconditional right to cancel an order from the moment your order is placed. You are entitled to a refund of any money you have paid in relation to the contract even if the goods are not defected in any way.Your cancellation rights end 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods. We have extended this to 90 calendar days!

    The Customer Service Team will check that your order is eligible for return (received within the last 90 days, unused, undamaged, in the original packaging)

    We will provide you with an RRN (Returns Reference Number) which MUST be written on ALL boxes due to be returned.

    Collection of the goods can be arranged via our courier (costs apply) or with a courier of your choice (at your expense).

    Goods returned with a valid Returns Reference Number will be processed for a refund within 5 working days. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.
